GBSleight of Hand Theory11 uses unethical tactics to secure your purchase. Namely, all of the reviews on the site are carefully reviewed to make sure they are either 4-star or 5-star reviews, and that the review is glowing about the product. I've ordered from Theory11 multiple times, but my purchases came to a dramatic halt when I purchased the Zandman Book Test, wrote a POSITIVE review (3 stars), but also offered some constructive criticism about some of the issues with the magic trick. After multiple attempts to get my review published (as I felt like it would've been far more comprehensive than any other review I saw on the site), it just never got approved. Again, this was a largely positive review - it makes me wonder how many negative reviews have been snuffed by the company. In the future, I would likely buy decks of cards from Theory11, as they are usually high-quality, but I would warn against buying their other products, some of which are a sleight of hand to pick money from your wallet.

NLSCAMMED FOR $132 Ordered a special edition pack of lord of the rings cards and they never arrived. They should jave arrived 27th of December 2023, it is now 19th of February 2024. Multiple attempts to contact customer service have just gone ignored. I paid $132 for nothing. DON'T ORDER HERE. THIS WEBSTITE IS A SCAM. They will take your money and just never be heard from again.

GBCustomer-Service Level: Legendary Hey—sometimes problems happen. It’s a fact of life. But when they do (side note: in the 4 years since I started ordering from Theory11—and that’s $1000+ in business I’ve given them—I’ve had ONE item arrive damaged, so…you do the math), what happens *afterward* is the real character metric of the sort of company with whom you’re dealing. The replacement process couldn’t have been more effortlessly simple, and as entirely prepared as I was to send back the damaged $50 item, that wasn’t something they even considered requesting of me. Generous, gracious, beyond fair, prompt, top-notch communicators—what more could you want? This is the way it’s done, folks. If only all sellers “got it” the way Theory11 gets it…but until that unlikely day dawns, I’ll just keep right on buying from them.

GBExcellent Quality and Customer Service My experience with Theory 11 was excellent. Although I did have to exchange my first order due to the outside case being in diminished condition, their customer service made the process easy and streamlined. I reached out to them through email and provided pictures as requested. The next morning, I received an email saying they had already sent a re-order for an empty case, and they let me keep the previous case as well, which was a great gesture. The cards themselves were stunning, with crisp and beautiful designs that felt luxurious in my hands. When I had received the newly ordered case, it was perfect. The condition was flawless. I was truly satisfied with my experience overall.
