GBAbsolutely awful experience Absolutely awful experience! Placed order on November 25, 11 days later, it was still showing as processing. Repeated attempts to contact their 'world class' customer service via email, messages, Instagram, phone call (which, BTW... no one ever picks up) only to be told that they need to contact warehouse. No updates for ANOTHER week until starting a process with Paypal, at which point they responded and the item is showing as shipped.... with the delivery date of January 4th!!! After repeatedly being told I need this by December 22nd! And did I mention all this for the fine fine shipping price of $36???? Awful company, awful customer support, absolutely awful experience. Never again.

GBScreened reviews and poor service Poor customer service and they screen don't allow poor reviews to be posted on their website, making it look like all reviews are 5 star. Ordered over $100 in cards, and order site had issues - resulting in a missing item. Contacted immediately and repeatedly, but was told it was too late to change order because it had already been prepared. 2 days later the shipment almost ready notice came to me, and two days after that it actually shipped. Customer service could have helped but chose not to do so. Really disappointed. Cards are great - but incredibly overpriced, as is S&H if you are below a high minimum for free shipping.

CAGreat Customer Service My original order indicated it was delivered and unfortunately I did not receive my order. After looking into potential reasons myself, and even waiting several days in the event it was late to deliver, I had not received it. I emailed the customer service and shared my situation and they were very friendly and understanding. They helped resolve this and provided me with a replacement order for the original one I had not received, all within a timely manner. As a first time purchaser, I was very upset when my original order was not delivered, however they listened to me and provided great service. I will look to purchasing future orders from them

GBCustomer support very helpful Just purchased the new Guardians of the Galaxy playing cards and when I received them, one card was damaged. I reached out to customer support and they helped me resolve the issue and sent a new pack. I've bought several other packs, and love all of them. So fun collecting these beautiful playing cards!

GBExcellent Quality and Customer Service My experience with Theory 11 was excellent. Although I did have to exchange my first order due to the outside case being in diminished condition, their customer service made the process easy and streamlined. I reached out to them through email and provided pictures as requested. The next morning, I received an email saying they had already sent a re-order for an empty case, and they let me keep the previous case as well, which was a great gesture. The cards themselves were stunning, with crisp and beautiful designs that felt luxurious in my hands. When I had received the newly ordered case, it was perfect. The condition was flawless. I was truly satisfied with my experience overall.
