Can't say good enough things Can't say good enough things. Costco offers great products, reasonable prices, great customer support and excellent return policy. The only minor con is they shuffle through too many product. I do appreciate new products but things I love tends to disappear.

There isn’t a month that goes by we… There isn’t a month that goes by we don’t find a spoiled vegetable inside the package or bag bought. Fruit, potatoes or blueberries especially the latter, (mildew if you turn the plastic box over and look close) happens many times during the year. Costco keeps and sells old produce, period! Especially potatoes. Just beware. We now go elsewhere almost all of the time for produce. Had many product recalls!

No other retailer insults customers like Costco Recent shopping at Costco; a new high for groceries for us: $700. PROS Attractive, large, well-lit stores; wide aisles; good, deep inventory; large, wide, organic food selections -- even organic dog treats! Descriptions and prices of items are clear and easy to locate. Of course, excellent prices are the main reason for Costco's success. CONS Manipulation and insults to shoppers: No descriptive signs anywhere in the store, as to where items, or categories of goods, are located. Worse, no signs on any aisles, so one of forced to go up-and-down each aisle, or risk missing an item on one's shopping list. I don't know of any other retailer that treats their customers like that. I constantly see parents with children forced to go through rows of cookies, ice creams, pizzas, etc., etc. That makes it very difficult for children not to see / ask for generally unhealthy items.

Place my 2-day delivery order on 43 24… I placeed my 2-day delivery order on 4-3-24 and had to call them on 4-5-24 to see where my order was as I had not received any updates ,it had not even been shipped. Now it has shipped and it still sitting in Phoenix Arizona and I'm in Denver Colorado. I'd like Costco to explain how this can be two day delivery that they're advertising. This has been a total fiasco with Costco, I've recently had knee surgery and need the products that I ordered. My account has been charged but no product!

Just had the weirdest delivery interaction … Just had the weirdest delivery experience after purchasing a TV from Costco.com. My delivery was scheduled for around 3:30PM and around 3:18PM, I received an email from Costco that said "your order was delivered" with a blurry photo of a sheet of paper, but the weird thing was I had not yet received the TV. Then about 15 minutes after that email, 2 guys pulled up and delivered the TV, but they told me that in order to leave the TV, they had to be able to take it into my house and had to take a picture of the TV inside the house. The said if they could not take a picture of the TV inside my house, then they could NOT leave the TV. I've ordered many TVs from Costco, and have never heard this before. I also never get the $30 upgrade for the white glove delivery, so there is no reason why the delivery people should have been asking to come inside my home. Even if you do order white glove, you should still be able to tell the delivery people when they arrive that you just want them to put the item on the porch of wherever you want the item. This whole experience was just odd, and sketchy. Wondering if delivery people were just trying to case my house, but I told them if they wanted they could just take back the TV because they were not coming in my house. They were pretty agro about it as well. not sure if they were having a bad day or what, but just the whole thing was so odd. Also, just called Costco customer service, and their policy is that if no one is home, then they cannot leave the item outside but if the owner is home, then the item can be left wherever the owner indicates. So again, just very very strange. Just kinda making me feel sick to my stomach.
