GBCan't say good enough things Can't say good enough things. Costco offers great products, reasonable prices, great customer support and excellent return policy. The only minor con is they shuffle through too many product. I do appreciate new products but things I love tends to disappear.

GBGreat Prices and Great Product I was surprised to see so many negative reviews about Costco since they are a low cost warehouse with no frills, but the savings get passed to the consumer. Great place to save money on staple products like fruits, vegetables, and other great finds. A lot of my friends are also enjoy Costco, some wear their Kirkland logo with pride. They also have a great return policy, if things are not you expected. I actually think they have a very fare return policy too.

GBJust had the weirdest delivery interaction … Just had the weirdest delivery experience after purchasing a TV from Costco.com. My delivery was scheduled for around 3:30PM and around 3:18PM, I received an email from Costco that said "your order was delivered" with a blurry photo of a sheet of paper, but the weird thing was I had not yet received the TV. Then about 15 minutes after that email, 2 guys pulled up and delivered the TV, but they told me that in order to leave the TV, they had to be able to take it into my house and had to take a picture of the TV inside the house. The said if they could not take a picture of the TV inside my house, then they could NOT leave the TV. I've ordered many TVs from Costco, and have never heard this before. I also never get the $30 upgrade for the white glove delivery, so there is no reason why the delivery people should have been asking to come inside my home. Even if you do order white glove, you should still be able to tell the delivery people when they arrive that you just want them to put the item on the porch of wherever you want the item. This whole experience was just odd, and sketchy. Wondering if delivery people were just trying to case my house, but I told them if they wanted they could just take back the TV because they were not coming in my house. They were pretty agro about it as well. not sure if they were having a bad day or what, but just the whole thing was so odd. Also, just called Costco customer service, and their policy is that if no one is home, then they cannot leave the item outside but if the owner is home, then the item can be left wherever the owner indicates. So again, just very very strange. Just kinda making me feel sick to my stomach.

GBStroke Survivor rebuffed Long-time customer at same location. I know, and call, many employees by their first name. I use the "express/self serve" registers, because I cannot use my left hand for lifting even 5# items, and I have balance issues. Last month, Lori, refused to scan my items, and said, "God does not make mistakes," when I explained I was a stroke survivor. Two days ago, Brad, told me that I had to scan my own 6 items, and I had three options: go to a regular register, wait up to 10 minutes for someone to help me, or talk to a manager.

GBIn warehouse is great, online kinda bad In warehouse is great, but online is kinda bad. First off, their search barely works, you have to really game it in order to find what you want. And the delivery is pretty lackluster. Often you have to pay for delivery, but it isn't even fast or competent delivery. Items frequently missing, getting support for missing items is a lot more cumbersome than other online retailers. Will keep shopping in store, but not sure I am interested in shopping on costco.com anymore.
