GBI actually have a commercial account… I actually have a commercial account which I have used to buy things for hotel and resort projects but NO MORE. I ordered two items so we could move my mom to a memory care facility and both items arrived late. I had to go out and purchase items locally to make the move happen as scheduled. When we finally received the late items and tried to return them Wayfair only wanted to refund a very small portion of the original purchase price, now I have two never opened boxes taking up room in my garage. The lesson here is unless you’re willing to wait for whenever your order get to you and you’re certain you’ll love it, then don’t order from Wayfair or a Wayfair company.

GBCustomer service lies to you Customer service lies to you. Everytime I've called them I get a completely different story. I swear they'd make excellent storytellers for children. The products they sell aren't great quality or very expensive. Overall worst experience we've had in years. ****in Reply to the sellers reply. Yes, now estimated 6 days later. We take shipping times into account when we make pruchases. This is unacceptable and you've lost a customer for life. Hope you're happy!

GBWayfair sold me a luggage that has gone… Wayfair sold me luggage set that has gone to pieces during its first use on a trip to Central America. The zippers are breaking and the materials used In the baggage are separating and falling off the suitcases. Obviously, Wayfair has no quality control process. I am currently having to buy new luggage in Costa Rica during my vacation. I don’t care what the celebrity commercials say, Wayfair is not to be trusted! Many of there product reviews are by Wayfair employees!!! Buyer Beware. How would you like your brand new luggage to fall apart while on vacation???

GBThey DO NOT offer 2 day shipping! They DO NOT offer 2 day shipping!! Your item(s) will take a week! They will lie to you that FedEx lost the package. FedEx will tell you Wayfair created the shipping label, but never gave them the package. You will speak directly with customer service and they will guarantee you will have the package in two days, to only get notification on the day you are supposed to receive the package, that it was just given to FedEx and you will receive the package a week from them (that makes 7 DAYS). Ordered the same item twice after I was lied to, as to where it was (still with Wayfair or lost with FedEx, both pointing fingers at each other. Bizarre.). ORDER YOUR ITEMS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. You will have a 50/50 chance that you will not get your items or it will take over 10 days. I see why they have filed for bankruptcy.

GBHuge thank you… It seems like everyday we have complaints about our online purchases or even local businesses . Customer satisfaction appears to be an obsolete concept, BUT hold on! Wayfair is amazing in a great way!!! I recently had an issue with a seam in a cushion on a sofa I purchased from Wayfair . I thought perhaps I could get a replacement cushion , imagine my surprise when a brand new soda was delivered to my home. !!!! Wayfair, you went above and beyond and you deserve a huge thank you ! You have a huge fan in me!
