GBFool me once... This is my second bad experience with Wayfair. My very first order was a silicon cooking mat that never arrived in spite of several contacts with customer service. I finally canceled it. This time I got an expensive solar lantern. It arrived full of rust while stating that it's galvanized-rustproofed.Customer service said the rust is a decoration put there on purpose and wanted $14.50 to send it back. Nobody galvanizes metal and then rusts it! I am not paying to return their junk! And I am not buying anything else from Wayfair ever!

GBCustomer service lies to you Customer service lies to you. Everytime I've called them I get a completely different story. I swear they'd make excellent storytellers for children. The products they sell aren't great quality or very expensive. Overall worst experience we've had in years. ****in Reply to the sellers reply. Yes, now estimated 6 days later. We take shipping times into account when we make pruchases. This is unacceptable and you've lost a customer for life. Hope you're happy!

GBThe Tech was disrespectful & refused to… The Tech was disrespectful & refused to carry the boxes to our bedrooms, knowing we were disabled, we order the white glove service, which they charged us twice for the bed installation, but yet the tech they had sent made it very clear rudely that, taking boxes to the rooms is not his responsibility. Heartless! How else can you serve those who are elderly & disbledwhen it comes to this white glove service, something so simple, he wouldn't do. Wayfair did nothing to compensate our frustrations as disabled veterans at all, they just rescheduled us 2 days later, and told us to call them before tech arrives, and they'll tell the tech to move boxes to location. How inconvenient! We spent 1017.00 for a complete horrible and heartless experience. Shame on wayfair and this particular tech.

GBThey DO NOT offer 2 day shipping! They DO NOT offer 2 day shipping!! Your item(s) will take a week! They will lie to you that FedEx lost the package. FedEx will tell you Wayfair created the shipping label, but never gave them the package. You will speak directly with customer service and they will guarantee you will have the package in two days, to only get notification on the day you are supposed to receive the package, that it was just given to FedEx and you will receive the package a week from them (that makes 7 DAYS). Ordered the same item twice after I was lied to, as to where it was (still with Wayfair or lost with FedEx, both pointing fingers at each other. Bizarre.). ORDER YOUR ITEMS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. You will have a 50/50 chance that you will not get your items or it will take over 10 days. I see why they have filed for bankruptcy.

GBBed bugs!! Don’t buy Dirty company sent me a cloth headboard that was infested with bed bugs inside of it. Had no idea as my poor son was getting chewed up. His room is upstairs and only one that had signs of them. My wife started spraying and they came all out from the headboard. So gross. Avoid this dirty place at all costs!
