Customer service is non-existent. Customer service email provided by Asda doesn't work. Phoning them unless you are a customer doesn't work either. I emailed the customer service head Meg Farren. Surprise surprise no response. I wanted to complain about a delivery driver blocking a very narrow street causing problems for others especially in an emergency situation where time is of the essence.

No show - awful delivery service Ordered a kettle for my mum as hers had broken. Paid for next day delivery to her house - never turned up. Waited another 4 days still nothing! Nothing from Asda or yodel! Eventually got a refund for delivery but still not parcel. Requested refund and told them I didn’t want the item anymore. Awaiting refund - don’t offer next day delivery if you cannot fulfil it!

Awful, avoid asda Direct at all cost Asda have such poor product quality and useless customer service. If your product arrives damaged, like my parasol did, then you will spend hours calling them to arrange for a courier to pick up (they rarely come when they say). In my case instead of a refund they sent me another defective product that someone else had returned that was even more damaged that the first. You get what you pay for so don't be tempted by the cheap prices. Asda should stick to selling food in a supermarket, they are fairly competent at that but shocking at running a mail order company.

Stupid website charges wrong amoung Tried to purchase an Xbox on Asda direct, I added two gift card with the remaining £337 to pay with debit card. After making the payment they actually charged me £437. I've since cancelled and requested a refund, I'll order from elsewhere. Will now take 5 days for them to cancel and refund. Can't trust them again after them charging the wrong amount.

Appalling and clueless. Appalling and clueless. If I could give 0 stars I would, Customer Service is non existent ordered items at end of November then receive a delay email spoken to 3 people all in the Philippines who are beyond clueless. Now told been delivered which they haven't now replacing but coming after Christmas, no idea what a Manger is either and appear to be reading from a script. DO NOT USE
