Terrible I paid for guaranteed delivery on 06.02.2015 Unfortunately Asda chose to use Yodel, the UK's worst delivery company Waited in all day 7am to 7pm no delivery Neither Yodel or Asda are particularly interested really At least I know never to order from them again All I have to do now is wait goodness knows how long for my refund

Sunday delivery. Ordered some items, had the choice of next day delivery so clicked for Sunday, paid the extra delivery charge. Received an email from Hermes to say they had received the item, waiting for it to turn up. At 21.00 received an email to say Asda have refunded the delivery charge, no explanation nothing. If you cannot deliver on a Sunday do not put it as an option.

Awful, avoid asda Direct at all cost Asda have such poor product quality and useless customer service. If your product arrives damaged, like my parasol did, then you will spend hours calling them to arrange for a courier to pick up (they rarely come when they say). In my case instead of a refund they sent me another defective product that someone else had returned that was even more damaged that the first. You get what you pay for so don't be tempted by the cheap prices. Asda should stick to selling food in a supermarket, they are fairly competent at that but shocking at running a mail order company.

Bed problem Recently bought a new bed from Asda and there was a part missing, a vital part, the slats that go under the mattress. Won't go into all the details but after emails and phone calls to very pleasant people, the problem was finally solved and we were given vouchers to compensate for our trouble so yes, in the end, a good service. Thank you.

First time ordered from George on line First time ordered from George on line. Two pairs of trousers @ £15 per per. Neither fitted so returned in original packaging in the box in store. Received refund for one pair only. Contacted customer service who acknowledged & said it would be looked into. No further response. Extremely disappointed & will never use again
