NLGreat customer service! My request to change seats was picked up immediately by AXS customer service (Gabriella, thank you!) and I was notified again when everything was arranged. Fast, effective and to the point help, love that!

GBPooja = 10/10 Although Richard who I spoke to initially cut me off after being unable to wait a minute for me to find an order number this did mean I was put through to Pooja who was brilliant. She was friendly, quick at responding and answered fully, explaining anything I was unsure of. Just what you want when speaking to someone on a live chat!

Order ref : 1050160719 Update 29/4/2024 AXS referred this review to their customer services manager who emailed to say they were looking into my query 2 days ago - the concert is in 72 hrs do you think we’ll get a reply ???

GBDisappointed and Angry I tried several times to use my Barclaycard to book presale tickets at discount price, but the card was not accepted. However, when I used the same card to book at non discount price, it was accepted. I therefore had to pay an extra £28

GBYou are not able to talk to a person You are not able to talk to a person, only web chat, even though the AXS website says contact us via socials- I tried, you spoke with me a little and then blanked me all day! You did not signpost me to another point of contact! After waiting 15 mins to type to a representative, the reason my tickets cannot be seen in the app, is because of a venue change! The app did not tell me this and neither did the Venue... So unprofessional! Equally, when pressed when I will get the tickets, I was told nearer the date? I explained the event is in 2 days. Again it was repeated nearer the date. The representative stated I can collect the tcikets from the box office...but the email from the venue confirming my booking, states this email cannot be used to collect tickets! So go figure! I will update after the event
