Santa never showed up Santa never showed up. We had the time correct, translated it from Central time to ET. We waited for over 30 minutes watching the zoom screen which stated “please wait for the host to start your meeting”, and had all of the correct details of our meeting. All of the messages seem like they are system generated and this service seems like a scam. We have a very sad and disappointed 7 year old. And there is no one to get in touch with about what happened.

What an absolutely awesome experience… What an absolutely awesome experience for my kids (7 & 3.5). My husband and I keep marveling at how good Santa was with them! He's officially titled Best Santa Ever to us. So personal and respectful of the topics we wished to impart from Santa to our children about the meaning of Christmas. He answered some tough questions with total ease and creativity. My kids' wide eyes and giggles were such a gift to us. Truly thankful for the lasting magic those 10 minutes brought to our home this year.

This was amazing This was amazing. The process was simple! Santa and Mrs. Claus were delightful and focused on the children. My grandchildren felt right at home with them and both Santa and Mrs. Claus talked about things that were specific to each child, like their friends and interests, as well as interesting facts that might come up in conversation at our supper table. Four HAPPY Expat Boys Four expat boys 3,5,5,& 8 living outside the USA in Saudi Arabia. We simply booked the latest possible time slot so we could chat first thing in the morning. The Clauses even talked to the boys about the time change and reassured them Santa will be delivering world wide this year. So happy we took ten minutes to bring the joy of Santa into our home with this virtual visit. Thank you!

Best Santa Visit Ever! Absolutely amazing! Your children will be delighted and so will you! Mr. and Mrs. Claus are truly authentic. You will love how they interact with your children. The fact that they mention personal facts (i.e., pet names, friends’ names, toys they love, etc.) really makes this experience different than any other. This Santa visit, by far, was the best I have ever experienced, period — and it was virtual! I am in awe of how wonderful this was and so are my children.
