What an absolutely awesome experience… What an absolutely awesome experience for my kids (7 & 3.5). My husband and I keep marveling at how good Santa was with them! He's officially titled Best Santa Ever to us. So personal and respectful of the topics we wished to impart from Santa to our children about the meaning of Christmas. He answered some tough questions with total ease and creativity. My kids' wide eyes and giggles were such a gift to us. Truly thankful for the lasting magic those 10 minutes brought to our home this year.

Would have given it five stars if it had gone smoothly the first time We had a rough start, but after our initial hiccup the customer service was fantastic and they helped remedy the situation. Once our children were on the call with Santa and Mrs. Clause it was fantastic. My son was in awe with the facts Santa knew about him and they had a great chat. Felt so much more personal than going to a mall and taking pictures.

This was amazing This was amazing. The process was simple! Santa and Mrs. Claus were delightful and focused on the children. My grandchildren felt right at home with them and both Santa and Mrs. Claus talked about things that were specific to each child, like their friends and interests, as well as interesting facts that might come up in conversation at our supper table. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We were blown away by the attention to detail. We were blown away by the attention to detail on our Santa call! He used every single piece of information I gave them and it was so special. My 6 year old's mouth almost hit the floor when Santa knew exactly what he and his brother wanted for Christmas and asked where our mischievous dog was at. It was so magical and special to watch. It was so much better than seeing Santa in person and didn't cost much more when you factor drive time, stress of lines and crowds, and the crazy amount they charge for photos. It's definitely a year we will never forget. The highlight to our holidays at home. The only thing that I noticed was the virtual background. It glitched a few times as they do, but it definitely wasn't a big deal and the boys probably didn't even notice it.

What a great experience! What a great first experience meeting Santa and Mrs Claus for out 2 year-old grandson. He warmed up immediately when they brought up many of his favorite things. They went with the flow and were wonderful. Fantastic!
