2020 HAS BEEN TERRIBLE! This was.. FANTASTIC!!! Our children were very sad this year, that they couldn’t attend the Christmas light ceremonies, or visit Santa’s grotto. This surprise made up for it 100%! Santa and Mrs Claus were so great with our two and really had the time to share a conversation with them. Our son has special needs and they were very good with him and understood when he disappeared mid call. He was still there but wanted to be off camera. Our family cannot thank you enough for shining your Christmas spirit into an otherwise bleak year.

I even appreciate the super prompt response. I sent an email to the organizers and received a response within the hour.

Very personal and special interaction… Very personal and special interaction with Santa. Our daughter was too shy to get on screen, but Santa was great and rolled with it. Despite not actually talking to Santa, this 10 minute interaction is all she has talked about since.

The BEST Santa and Mrs. Claus We absolutely loved our visit from the Clauses! They do a fantastic job personalizing the visit and are VERY patient with the little ones. We've seen this Santa and Mrs. Claus every year since 2015 and we were thrilled to keep this tradition alive in a year that has been anything but normal.

Reindeer stories for the win! Our two kids were chatting in no time. Santa and Mrs Claus were great. Lots of good reindeer stories and got the kids to sing a Christmas Carol. Fun experience from looking forward to it, to the actual meeting, to the stories afterwards.
