GBdefintely a good thing I received the package promptly, which included a free gift (who doesn't love a free gift). I have been practicing the basic steps and have not been able to do a full inversion yet, however, the freedom in my neck just from step two and three is amazing. My shoulders actually hurt though-when on the pad, and this subsides after a few minutes- and it is like having deep bodywork on those upper traps from the pressure-very helpful in my case. Love stretching on it too and the cork balls are superb! Very classy and much better than tennis balls.

GBBest Birthday Present For a while I’ve been eyeing up the Feet Up Trainer, watching the videos, so when I saw the sale, and it was my birthday, I decided to treat myself and I’m glad I finally did. Over this past year I’ve begun to practice yoga, but was always curious and hesitant about head stands because of my neck. The Feet Up Trainer is perfect for learning and benefiting from inversions without compressing my neck vertebrae. I’m getting used to the feeling of the pose, and am slowly practicing inversion. I look forward to progressing with my practice and reaping the healthy benefits the Feet Up Trainer allows. 64 is looking good!

GBI love the quality materials and easy… I love the quality materials and easy assembly of the FeetUp trainer. Once assembled, the trainer is rock solid and I feel very confident exploring my limits on the trainer. While the advertising claims about inversion being good for back pain seem a little dubious, experimenting with the trainer has certainly challenged my balance and core stregnth.

GBI absolutely love my new FeetUp… I absolutely love my new FeetUp trainer. It’s beautiful, sturdy, and easy to use. It was also easy to assemble. I ordered the newer version with the extra cushion to make the stool more flexible for use as a seat or table. The metal hook system is a bit awkward to slide in and out; it also appears to turn so you can hide the pointed connector when the cushion is disconnected from the stool, but if you try to turn it, it might tear the vegan leather. I would suggest a minor improvement to this. Still, it looks great and feels great to use. I’m excited to spend more time upside down. If you’re on the fence about splurging for the real deal, I encourage you to go for FeetUp.
