GBBox damaged Box damaged, poster is ripped, so I need to re order. Not Feet ups fault. Phone holder came with it, so now I have two.🤔 Dissappointed after $250 i need to now pay for the app. I am a stage 4 cancer gal, just trying to keep walking. Well made, sturdy and the immediate core activation is incredible, could do without recurring fees.

GBI love my FeetUp trainer I love my FeetUp trainer! It was delivered super fast after ordering and was easy to put together with simple instructions. You get a great A3 poster with it which shows lots of moves you can do. I use it every morning and it feels great and really takes the pressure off my wrists. Thank you!

GBDon't buy if you are a android user!! I'm disappointed because the app does not work on newer updated Androids. ALL MATERIALS are on the app. I'm so sad. Bench is beautiful. Waited weeks on the wait list. It will be perfect if the app works. Now it's just collecting dust, in hopes the app works soon.

GB10/10 The Trainer has been great to me! I initially got an unbalanced frame, it was off about an inch and wobbled. I sent an email to customer service. I got a response that day and within the week I had a brand new frame at no cost! I will say that I was still working with the initial frame, it didn’t absolutely hinder my progress, I just wanted to be safe in case of injury. The Trainer itself is incredible. Customer service is outstanding. And I look forward to buying more products from them in the future!

ITSuper bad customer service Super bad customer service, at least in Europe. When you write them through the form on their internet site, they indeed answer you back in your private email, but when you try to answer back from your email, to theirs (which they ask to do), then they don't answer back, probably because it goes in their spam folder. I wrote them back from the form on their internet site and explained my doubts about the spam fold. They answered back, telling me that they coudn't find anywhere my reply-emails. In any case they didn't manage to solve my problem: In my Feetup set there was a piece with misaligned holes, therefore I couldn't assemble it. I asked for a replacement part. They answered me back that at the moment THEY DO NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS. (Luckily I bought that through Amazon and could return it getting a full refund) Hahahahah for real? For the amount of money that thing cotsts, I find it inadmissible that they have such a poor poor poor quality of customer service.
