As far as use of product, I’m 250lbs with a very weakened core from pregnancies and recovering from an ankle surgery. It took me about a week to figure out how to get myself into an inversion but I have felt my core steadily strengthen and back decompress. Point being, if I can do it, most people can!

Don't buy if you are a android user!! I'm disappointed because the app does not work on newer updated Androids. ALL MATERIALS are on the app. I'm so sad. Bench is beautiful. Waited weeks on the wait list. It will be perfect if the app works. Now it's just collecting dust, in hopes the app works soon.

FeetUp trainer I absolutely love my FeetUp trainer. I lost my flow chart and was able to purchase a new one. Also, customer service helped me with an update to the app.

Box damaged Box damaged, poster is ripped, so I need to re order. Not Feet ups fault. Phone holder came with it, so now I have two.🤔 Dissappointed after $250 i need to now pay for the app. I am a stage 4 cancer gal, just trying to keep walking. Well made, sturdy and the immediate core activation is incredible, could do without recurring fees.

It's the best present I've ever bought myself! The videos were informing and fun. I was able to get myself up on the first try because I read the packet and watch the videos to brief myself on the safety concerns & proper motions! I look forward to exploring the workouts and pushing myself every time I use it :)
