GBScam Scam, do not buy. Cannot get refund, tiny text shows huge increase on ticket price. Worst mistake I ever made purchasing online tickets.

GBTWO YEAR DELAY IN REFUND??? After a TWO YEAR delay of the Jerry Seinfeld show, TicketOffices has been telling us for two years that this show is NOT cancelled. Then, we get a cancellation notice from Ticketmaster that is has been cancelled and TicketOffices is STILL telling us not cancelled. We will probably have to engage with an attorney to get our money back. SHAME on TicketMaster for forwarding this ticket sale to a third party - which we were not aware of until recently digging into this mess. Not Happy!

GBMy only complaint is the exorbitant service charge Purchasing the ticket through Ticketoffices.com was professional and convienent. My only complaint is the exorbitant service charge to process this ticket purchase. And then, on top of this service charge, there is a ticket protection fee. What's next? A good humor fee?

CAWould give them a zero but that's not… Happy to report that we got our refund on Friday. Not sure who to thank as a number of organizations were involved. Went to our BMO Mastercard, Facebook and Trustpilot so thank-you. Would give them a zero but that's not an option. DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!! No response calling them, emailing or using their "chat". Concert was to be held in March 2020, rescheduled three times and now "postponed". We want our money back!!!!!! No response ever on their end!!

GBExcellent customer support Received full credit for pandemic related cancellation of an event. Followed up two years later to apply the credit towards another event. Support person ( Menchie T.) was very patient and helpful getting us our choice tickets with minimal wait and no hold time. This surpassed expectations. Thank you.
