SCAMed - Double the Price Complete Scam, realized after I purchased the tickets that they are selling the tickets at almost double the price as TicketMaster. I paid $390 for two tickets to an event through TicketOffices.org, on Ticketmaster the same tickets out the door were nearly half the price. Of course, all sales are final and there is nothing I can do. This business should be illegal, and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage /scamming people for doing zero work.

Scam Scam, do not buy. Cannot get refund, tiny text shows huge increase on ticket price. Worst mistake I ever made purchasing online tickets.

The customer service representative was helpful and informative! The customer service representative was helpful, patient, and informative. At a time when a lot of folks seem to be on edge and kindness and patience are sometimes in short supply, I appreciate how he navigated the call. I had store credit and it wasn’t working to apply it online so he helped me with that and I asked him to look at a few different areas in the stadium until we got to a price and area I was happy with. Excellent customer support Received full credit for pandemic related cancellation of an event. Followed up two years later to apply the credit towards another event. Support person ( Menchie T.) was very patient and helpful getting us our choice tickets with minimal wait and no hold time. This surpassed expectations. Thank you.
