GBExcellent customer support Received full credit for pandemic related cancellation of an event. Followed up two years later to apply the credit towards another event. Support person ( Menchie T.) was very patient and helpful getting us our choice tickets with minimal wait and no hold time. This surpassed expectations. Thank you.

CAWould give them a zero but that's not… Happy to report that we got our refund on Friday. Not sure who to thank as a number of organizations were involved. Went to our BMO Mastercard, Facebook and Trustpilot so thank-you. Would give them a zero but that's not an option. DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!! No response calling them, emailing or using their "chat". Concert was to be held in March 2020, rescheduled three times and now "postponed". We want our money back!!!!!! No response ever on their end!!

GBCustomer Service Upgraded 100% since Spring 2020! I am writing this review to say that TicketOffices.com has upgraded their customer service department substantially since 2020. Back then, we were put on hold for what seemed like hours! Today I was able to get my question resolved quickly and easily with a text link sent to my cell phone. This was so much better than it was way back in 2020! In 2019 we bought tickets for a May 2020 show. The 2020 show was canceled due to Covid. TicketOffices.com has honored these tickets, and the show will be presented in May 2022.

GBHad a Baroness concert I was going to… Had a Baroness concert I was going to back in May 2020 however due to COVID it was canceled. They gave me 120% of the ticket cost back to me as a credit and am now utilizing it for another concert. I'm very happy about that.

GBScam Scam, do not buy. Cannot get refund, tiny text shows huge increase on ticket price. Worst mistake I ever made purchasing online tickets.
