Beware of service charges The prices are not the cheapest and service charges are pretty high and there is no disclosure until final purchase. Would like to have seen it upfront before going into the order pages

Paying for services Buying tickets and then being charged a service fee. I've tried buying tickets for this event 6 times through different websites (this website twice). So not only am I being charged a service fee, ticket prices have gone up since my original purchase date. Would have been 1 star if I was ranking all of the ticket buying websites.

Had a Baroness concert I was going to… Had a Baroness concert I was going to back in May 2020 however due to COVID it was canceled. They gave me 120% of the ticket cost back to me as a credit and am now utilizing it for another concert. I'm very happy about that.

At a time when a lot of folks seem to be on edge and kindness and patience are sometimes in short supply, I appreciate how he navigated the call. I had store credit and it wasn’t working to apply it online so he helped me with that and I asked him to look at a few different areas in the stadium until we got to a price and area I was happy with.
