TWO YEAR DELAY IN REFUND??? After a TWO YEAR delay of the Jerry Seinfeld show, TicketOffices has been telling us for two years that this show is NOT cancelled. Then, we get a cancellation notice from Ticketmaster that is has been cancelled and TicketOffices is STILL telling us not cancelled. We will probably have to engage with an attorney to get our money back. SHAME on TicketMaster for forwarding this ticket sale to a third party - which we were not aware of until recently digging into this mess. Not Happy!

Customer Service Upgraded 100% since Spring 2020! I am writing this review to say that TicketOffices.com has upgraded their customer service department substantially since 2020. Back then, we were put on hold for what seemed like hours! Today I was able to get my question resolved quickly and easily with a text link sent to my cell phone. This was so much better than it was way back in 2020! In 2019 we bought tickets for a May 2020 show. The 2020 show was canceled due to Covid. TicketOffices.com has honored these tickets, and the show will be presented in May 2022.

At a time when a lot of folks seem to be on edge and kindness and patience are sometimes in short supply, I appreciate how he navigated the call. I had store credit and it wasn’t working to apply it online so he helped me with that and I asked him to look at a few different areas in the stadium until we got to a price and area I was happy with. Had a Baroness concert I was going to… Had a Baroness concert I was going to back in May 2020 however due to COVID it was canceled. They gave me 120% of the ticket cost back to me as a credit and am now utilizing it for another concert. I'm very happy about that.

SCAMed - Double the Price Complete Scam, realized after I purchased the tickets that they are selling the tickets at almost double the price as TicketMaster. I paid $390 for two tickets to an event through TicketOffices.org, on Ticketmaster the same tickets out the door were nearly half the price. Of course, all sales are final and there is nothing I can do. This business should be illegal, and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage /scamming people for doing zero work.
