GBBuble concert Went to Buble concert, was told my tix were no good. Had to buy new ones at the event. Contacted ticketoffices about 10 times, after many hours on the phone and months later, I finally got my refund. Overall, I do not trust this business as it was very suspicious on why I was denied entry and the fact it took so long to receive my refund. Also, I felt I was given the runaround and they had no answers to any questions. Lastly, it was nearly impossible to reach them. I recommend going straight to Ticketmaster.

GBMe VS. Technology they owed me money for a cancelled show(COVID!!!) I was able to apply it towards tickets for another show, they were very helpful. Site was easy to navigate, which is good because i'm old and not very tech savvy. Very pleased with the entire transaction, 2 thumbs up!

GBI bought concert tickets last year I bought concert tickets last year for a concert and it got rescheduled for this year, I could not find my email to see the tickets so I emailed them and they resent my email with my tickets and confirmation number. Prompt service! I was nervous I had lost the tickets or they tried to refund them but I never saw it.

GBExcellent customer support Received full credit for pandemic related cancellation of an event. Followed up two years later to apply the credit towards another event. Support person ( Menchie T.) was very patient and helpful getting us our choice tickets with minimal wait and no hold time. This surpassed expectations. Thank you.
