GBI recently sold several tickets on STubhub and got ripped off I recently sold several tickets on Stubhub. One of the sales the buyer failed to provide a delivery address until the day of the actual event (Texas Eclipse). Stubhub expected me to hand deliver to buyer (60 miles away). When I was already at the event (which you cannot leave and return). Informing Stubhub of this, they cancelled the sale and charged me a cancellation fee of roughly 60%. Not only did I have to eat the tickets, but this added insult to injury. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER sell on Stubhub if you dont want to get ripped off like this. The reason they have "Fanprotect" for buyer is because they ripoff the sellers.

GBCustomer Service couldn't be worse It's maddening to spend an hour and 40 minutes on the phone with customer service and reporting the issue at trustpilot, only to receive a totally non-responsive reply from Stubhub. They sent an email describing a completely separate issue, (not mine). They sent another email instructing me to call customer service. Of course, their phone agent had no idea whatsoever why I was instructed to call. Of course, he assured me that whatever my issue is, Stubhub values my business and will resolve it. This issue has occurred regularly for years and now a dozen times in the past month, I've reported it now 4 times (painstaking hours on the phone speaking to fish), and no one takes ownership or even acknowledges that they understand the issue. I've lost hundreds of dollars as a result.

GBYankees Opening Day Cluster Opening Day, Yankee Stadium. Ticket price was $250 per ticket, normal for home opener. Ticket convenience charge, or whatever they call it, was $71 per ticket. Egregious. Then, previously you could download the tickets to your device ahead of time. Not anymore. Had to go through security check line twice because I couldn't access the site or app to download the tickets. Never again.

GBFRAUDULENT WEBSITE!! FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!!! Use another vendor! They sell tickets, stating they are certain sections rows and seating, while they are not the tickets as described. They will charge you higher prices for better seats, better sections, front row and then give you basic general admission. They are third party and don't care about customer service. Just take your money and run. Will not do any sort or return and even discuss this option. You have to manage yourself re-listing them to be sold on their platform, hoping you get your money back, as if that's our job. I'm just a customer, why am I having to re-list tickets because your company commits fraud?! Considering contacting my attorney over it.

GBO stars would a better review O stars would a better review! I purchased tickets to a Grand Ole Opry show in Nashville, Tennessee. All went well until I got to the show and was told the tickets where not good for the show I purchase. I got on the customer chat and all they could say was sorry and offered a 25% discount on a future event. I was not pleased with that response and they said I could return the tickets for a full refund. My spouse and I drove 301 miles to attend show. Then after I was blown off in the chat (terminated chat) by a time out. I just quit. Then I went on to my account with Stubhub to check on the 25% off discount a couple days later, only to find out the offered had expired the very next day after event. Will never use Stubhub ever again!
