GBFRAUDULENT WEBSITE!! FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!!! Use another vendor! They sell tickets, stating they are certain sections rows and seating, while they are not the tickets as described. They will charge you higher prices for better seats, better sections, front row and then give you basic general admission. They are third party and don't care about customer service. Just take your money and run. Will not do any sort or return and even discuss this option. You have to manage yourself re-listing them to be sold on their platform, hoping you get your money back, as if that's our job. I'm just a customer, why am I having to re-list tickets because your company commits fraud?! Considering contacting my attorney over it.

FRWorked for me. I understand why StubHub gets some pretty bad reviews. People pay top dollar for tickets that often involve additional costs for travel and hotels and when things don't work out they are rightfully aggrieved. But StubHub are working in a very dynamic environment, transacting between millions of sellers and millions of buyers. And it is inevitable that things go wrong sometimes. I sincerely sympathise with those for whom this happens. My experience with StubHub has been positive. The tickets I have bought have worked, and their customer service has reached out to me, even called me, when things have not run smoothly. I do not believe that companies like StubHub should exist. Promotors should facilitate ticket resale at amicable rates, and put touts out of business. But they have no apparent interest to do so... and as a result both fans and artists suffer. But StubHub fills a market need, and does so well.

CAGreat experience so far. I just recently bought Usher concert tickets for the Toronto show in September 2024 through StubHub, and without realizing it, I bought them 1 week before presale to the general population. My tickets costed half the price as seen on the Ticketmaster site now. About 20 minutes after purchase, I received my ticket in my MLSE/Scotiabank arena app. But naturally, I panicked and called up Ticketmaster who were able to confirm that my tickets are legit (it even has a rolling bar code). Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones? But my experience with StubHub has been great so far.

CABeware! Beware!! This company is a criminal organization. StubHub scammed us badly. We flew from Toronto to Mexico City to see Madonna. Tickets they sent were invalid despite me calling them the day-of the concert to ensure their validity. We were turned away at the gate, along with hundreds of others who also purchased from StubHub and Viagogo (sister companies). Heartbreaking for us and thousands of dollars wasted in expenses to travel there. Don’t get scammed like we did.

NLAdded value low, costs extremely high Being in the US we wanted to have tickets for baseball. We found the website being ranked high when searching. 1. The company charged app. USD 50 for their "service". This added 30% to the price. 2. We found out after ordering. 3. We entered our address in our home country. We received an email tickets could be downloaded with their app. We had to go online using roaming, resulting in additional costs of app USD 45. The company could have known we would not be able to download the app in advance but no (clear) message was given. 4. The app was not available in our country so it was not possible to download the tickets. 5. Therefore, we had to waste time sorting this out at the stadium. We were afraid we would not make the game in time, which was quite stressful esp. for our kid. Conclusion. Even though the ordering experience is quite smooth, the added value offered is mediocre, the costs are just ridiculous and no information was given about the costs (clearly) in advance. Avoid this company if possible and save your money for some hot dogs and a drink. Based on the reasons above we hope the company would be prepared to compensate us.
