We have never had any server performance issues. They are fast and stable. Also, I can easily add mods through the Thunderstore portal on the web interface.

Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. The server was barely functional. Would lag and stutter on a 3 person server even though I paid for the highest tier. Support took days to respond. I did get my money back though so good on them for that.
