Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. The server was barely functional. Would lag and stutter on a 3 person server even though I paid for the highest tier. Support took days to respond. I did get my money back though so good on them for that.

The actual service is good but there… The actual service is probably the best for customizing valheim / running mods. But there are a few clunky sign up/settup things they could easily improve. #1 Make it WAY more obvious to deploy a Valheim server with mods, it's in a non obvious drop down and then requires you to submit a ticket to support to implement after setup. Just make it more obvious on signup to avoid all that extra work. #2 I never figured out how to get proper discord permissions. I had to submit a ticket that wasn't responded to still... This should have a VERY CLEAR spot right in the account info or knowledge area on the site. I couldn't find anything anywhere other than a basic link to the discord

Easy to configure. All settings and mods available The servers are easy to configure. All necessary settings are available. So I can play Valheim in the beta version. We have never had any server performance issues. They are fast and stable. Also, I can easily add mods through the Thunderstore portal on the web interface.

Great experience So far my experience with Xgamingservers has been great. The server performance is great on the basic level. The customer service has also been great. If you need something configured, these dudes will help figure it out.

Lagging and Kicking Players Our Palworld server was constantly lagging and kicked players out frequently. The game was pretty much unplayable on the server.
