Rather than wait to see if the bug worsened, they shipped me out a new card at no cost to me. The card and game console are really great. A ton of great games, the ability to add cheat codes, all good stuff. Highly recommend, especially if you’re not interested in building and tinkering on your own retropie.

When we received our game system and… When we received our game system and set it up we were disappointed that it wasn’t working correctly. After talking with support they corrected the problem promptly. New system in and now can’t stop playing games. This system is awesome with all the old nostalgia games.

The company sent me a new one without question and I sent the old one back with a prepaid shipping label. Excellent support and will do business with again. Ive let a few friends know and they are ordering one also, after playing and looking at all the games available.

Temu has cheaper options and better I’ve had a really bad experience with GameGear. The products they offer are not rated for USA Electrical outlets, the customer service is nonexistent, and the worst of all you could get the exact same product on Temu for less than $20. Do Not Waste you time or money on them.

I had purchase a controller from them and the controller had a small Malfunction I emailed them about my problem and and they sent me another controller Express delivered it in 3 days. They got back to me Really quick and solve my problem I am very pleased with my purchase 5 stars service!!!! This is the way a company should be run.
