GBZero stars After ordering snes classic for Christmas, kids opened it up a week late. It would not power up, after finally contacting Max, he sent a new console. This one turned on, but the games were bery sluggish. Decided to just cut my losses snd return the product. I contacted Max to get instructions for a return. No answer. Finally found return procedure on the website. I sent it back 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I’m beginning to feel like I’m out $100 plus shipping. Do yourselves a favor, find another place to buy this. Edit: original order number GG5099

GBProfessional support and an excellent… Professional support and an excellent product. I had a issue with the first box with noise but it worked perfectly. The company sent me a new one without question and I sent the old one back with a prepaid shipping label. Excellent support and will do business with again. Ive let a few friends know and they are ordering one also, after playing and looking at all the games available.

GBWell Done I had placed an unusual order that required several extra steps both of handling and shipping. The order required good attention to detail. The Game Gear folks went out of their way to make it all happen plus they kept me well informed of the various stages the order was in. Their communication clearly demonstrated that they knew what they were talking about as it related to both the shipping and handling. Finally, the order was received in good shape just as it had been advertised. Thanks much.

GBwaited on refund for over a month Been waiting on a refund for over a month and they have confirmed that they received the return. They stopped responding to my emails. Shady business. 2 star bc I did receive an item that works fine. Update: Communication resumed after the bad review and explanation was only offered on the trustpilot page so it feels like it was more so to save face with future customers. Nevertheless I was refunded after the bad review so Im satisfied now.

GBOrdered the "Nintendo NES Classic… Ordered the "Nintendo NES Classic Edition Remake HDMI w/ built-in 621 Games". I didn't realize it wasn't the legit Nintendo version you'd buy at the store, but with 600+ games, it's soooo much better. I had an issue with one of the controllers and Game Gear support quickly shipped out a new one at no extra cost. We rave to all of our friends about the NES!
