Friendly support, bad service I caved in with their $1 VIP offer and subscribed for a year. The process of download and verifying my account was overly complicated and I only managed to figure out how it was supposed to work with the help of an online support member, which was available in chat right away and was friendly and helpful. The client though wouldn't recognize my password, and I wasn't even able to log in when said support member reset my password. I've been told my case would be forwarded to a tech staff member who would get back in touch with me the next day, but that didn't happen yet (was two days ago). Not very satisfied. I was not able to use their service so far. Worst case - I wasted a dollar. Well...

Wery satisfied Purchased a code for Rise of the Tomb Raider. Got it as promised 1 day before the game was realized. Downloaded via STEAM without any problems, took about 4 hours, but it depends on my internet connection speed, and the speed and how many users on the download server, not on One Play.

Careful when you order - potentially long wait time I understand that sometimes verification is needed, but It took nearly 12 hours for me to receive my key after payment. When I asked to cancel the order before they sent the key -because, I know I'm impatient, but I wanted to download and play the game when I bought it, not the next day - my request was ignored. When oneplay's office is closed (they are only open from 10-4, Denmark Time) you can't get any customer service, and if your order needs verification you are out of luck. Overall would not order from here again.

ID Verification is Too Invasive Ordered and game from oneplay.com. Used a valid credit card when ordering. After entering credit card number, expiry date, and cvc code oneplay wanted me to send them my name, address and a photo of myself to verify transaction. Never had a problem ordering from steam or gog.com. I would not trust them to handle my private info.
