DKWery satisfied Purchased a code for Rise of the Tomb Raider. Got it as promised 1 day before the game was realized. Downloaded via STEAM without any problems, took about 4 hours, but it depends on my internet connection speed, and the speed and how many users on the download server, not on One Play.

SEAfter weeks of waiting... After weeks of waiting for my order to go through and messages from OnePlay about my item not being in stock yet the order war just removed with the notice that the order could not be handled. What!? Mucho irritating! If it wouldn't have been for a few other times when the ordering, payment and delivery has worked fine you would have received a lower grade.

GBHorrendous fraud verification Placed the order on a Saturday, didn't get a key. Sent an email to support, which went unanswered until Monday. (So called "Instant delivery".) Tried to check the FAQ, website doesn't work: "Error 502 Ray ID: 2854a1af341f23de • 2016-03-18 00:40:18 UTC Bad gateway." Eventually customer support replied, asking me to send them a picture of my ID and my debit card, even though I asked them to cancel my order. So now, I'm not getting my order cancelled or delivered, but they still charged me a dollar, so they know my card is legit. I sure as hell am not going to send someone my ID and debit card in an email, I'm not out looking to get my identity stolen. All in all, I've been scammed for a dollar (I know it's just a dollar, but it's about the principle here, not the amount), got nothing in return. My only recommendation is to steer clear and visit a different website.

THNeed more improvement. 1. After launch the Oneplay program, why do I have to login again? it should be automatically after the first time. 2. After selected download game, it should proceed to my game tab, not my list tab, it needs user to click more than three times to execute download/install commands. 3. The games should notify user how much HDD space it needs, and it should have option to install in difference folder/drive. 4. After I completed download one of the game, then I click "install", nothing happen, I assumed that the available storage is not enough. It should pop up notification box to let user know that there is not enough storage left.

AUIt's just impossible to make my purchase... Trying to check out using paypal and it just doesn't work at all.. click checkout and this 'OnePlay Ap' screen opens with two buttons: 'cancel' or 'save card information'... neither of them do anything, what am I supposed to do? UPDATE: OnePlay have asked that I try using my credit card in stead. I already did exactly that and now they've emailed me saying they want a scanned copy of my PHOTO ID and CREDIT CARD before they process my payment! I have NEVER had so much trouble trying to give somebody my money! I am downgrading my TrustPilot rating from two starts to one star.
