NOSuper-slow online delivery They did offer a good price for the game. But spending an entire day on delivering an online game like Football Manager is simply not good enough. And costumer support was equally slow. They gave me an explanation of "manual approval" for the delay. I find this very strange, since no other online-retailer has ever needed to manually approve anything I have ordered through the years. So if price is the single most important factor, do buy from them. If delivery-time and customer service is an important factor to you, you may want to research other online-retailers.

DKWent as expected – and even better I ordered one years membership of Xbox Live Gold. I chose OnePlay as they seemed cheaper than any other store available. However to my surprise, i first received a 3% discount coupon, then proceeded and then received a new 10% discount coupon, to use instead. The buying process was easy and fast. Redeeming the serial in the userpanel was effective and intuitive as well (even tho i had some issues ending up on some error, as it thought i wasn't logged on, even tho i was). Nothing bad to say otherwise. In comparison, i could find the membership from other stores, for about 440 (DKK), and the finalised price at OnePlay was 289 (DKK). Definitely worth a return.

NOSurprisingly Quick and Effective! I honestly haven't felt a more "shady-backyard-deal" since I lived in Russia and met this guy called "Maksim" in one of the most violent parts of Petrozavodsk in a shady alley to buy some very rare engine tuning parts for a ridiculously low price - but hey, it worked! I paid, got an email 9 minutes later with a link to the product code, entered it in Origin and voila! I'm now waiting for Battlefield 1 to download. Thanks OnePlay!

DEFriendly support, bad service I caved in with their $1 VIP offer and subscribed for a year. The process of download and verifying my account was overly complicated and I only managed to figure out how it was supposed to work with the help of an online support member, which was available in chat right away and was friendly and helpful. The client though wouldn't recognize my password, and I wasn't even able to log in when said support member reset my password. I've been told my case would be forwarded to a tech staff member who would get back in touch with me the next day, but that didn't happen yet (was two days ago). Not very satisfied. I was not able to use their service so far. Worst case - I wasted a dollar. Well...
