GBI have called Merchant One several… I have called Merchant One several times since I started my account and have been put on hold for longggggggg periods of time. This time I got BENNY and she was so great. Fixed the problem immediately and shared how to get in touch with her in the future if more problems arise. I have been to the point in frustration I was ready to cancel. BENNY gave me hope.

GBfirst call first call, 10 minute process, and Nick had the change over in process, Looking like will be saving a lot of money, second call, 20 min w/ Corwin, got whole system up and running ( 3 card readers, virtual terminal, pci compliance) with a non tech savvy "old Guy" I was blowen away!

GBAfter I worked for a week trying to get… After I worked for a week trying to get a connection, Dawn helped me get through the process so that now I can use my Clover card. She is very patient and pleasant to work with since I really haven't used a card reader before.
