I have called Merchant One several… I have called Merchant One several times since I started my account and have been put on hold for longggggggg periods of time. This time I got BENNY and she was so great. Fixed the problem immediately and shared how to get in touch with her in the future if more problems arise. I have been to the point in frustration I was ready to cancel. BENNY gave me hope.

Finally I was able to talk to a human… Finally I was able to talk to a human being to address my issue with completing my Clover Security questionnaire. I'm thankful that when I finally got to talk to a person (after a 20 minute wait), I got Evan. He solved the problem very quickly and also took measures to make my recertification much easier next time around. Overall, he was very professional, efficient, and quick. Thank you Evan!
