Finally I was able to talk to a human… Finally I was able to talk to a human being to address my issue with completing my Clover Security questionnaire. I'm thankful that when I finally got to talk to a person (after a 20 minute wait), I got Evan. He solved the problem very quickly and also took measures to make my recertification much easier next time around. Overall, he was very professional, efficient, and quick. Thank you Evan!

first call first call, 10 minute process, and Nick had the change over in process, Looking like will be saving a lot of money, second call, 20 min w/ Corwin, got whole system up and running ( 3 card readers, virtual terminal, pci compliance) with a non tech savvy "old Guy" I was blowen away!
