Was an emergency situation and had to learn how to update a page on our site and I'm not a developer. Patiently showed me the steps, sent a video, and walked me through some other minor issues. This is my first customer service interaction and it was great!!!

When I moved my clients over from Godaddy a number of years ago, it was like going from driving an old VW Beetle to driving a Lamborghini using WP Engine and their amazing customer support. The premium hosting packages are worth every penny you pay for the level of support they offer. In many aspects I am able to continue to work on my projects while they help with redirects. This helps me provide exceptional services to my law clients.

Incredible Service and Support I have been with WP Engine for over a year now and I cannot express how pleased I am with the company in both service and support. They are incredibly helpful whenever I have questions or issues, 24/7. I have used other hosting companies in the past and none of them come close to WP Engine. The tools and dashboard are super easy to use, the migration tool makes bringing a website over very simple and again support is there for any needs along the way. If you are looking for hosting, stop and go with WP Engine.

Dont give them your CC. They will take your money! This used to be an awesome company with great support. However, we recently moved to a new provider (webflow) after at least 7 years with them. We asked to cancel the account for months and they continued to charge the card on file only to tell us we could not cancel even though multiple people had reached out about it. Terrible customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC. So frustrating that after years of service and giving them thousands of dollars in hosting we were treated this way because we decided to move away from wordpress.

Phenomenal Support The dashboard for managing our websites is very intuitive and well laid out. Everything works as expected. The phenomenal part of working with WP Engine is their support. 24 hours a day, and no matter what time you reach out to them, they are available and help you with everything you need to include customized advice for your site, and providing support articles to enhance your understanding. We have been with WP Engine for probably 7 years and will be with them forever.
