When supporting WordPress there are a lot of client configuration details, dns, plugins that can all effect the site. It would be easy for them to say that it is not something we support, but instead they put knowledgeable people on the line and fix your problem. I had to update my review as I had a second support request today (Mar 23, 2024). WP Engine continues to impress me with their support and customer service while I am in the midst of needing tech support. Literally the best vendor I work with.
