GBAwful experience trying to return an… Awful experience trying to return an item. The email said it was Yodel. When I went to print it said Evri. When I went to no less than 5 shops to return they all refused the return sting they needed a different code. Can’t speak to a person at all. When I tired to complain and get a new code they sent me a post office code so couldn’t go back to the Evri shop - had to find a post office. Then the agent cancelled the online chat. Worst customer service EVER!

IEBought an e-gift card which issued in… Bought an e-gift card which issued in the wrong currency (despite buying on the UK site & in the UK) it got issued in Euros. Reached out immediately but with no satisfactory response despite being willing to pay the increased amount for a GBP card.

GBAVOID THIS WEBSITE Item not in stock. Only notified of this once paid for with no update as to when I could expect to receive. Shipping cost was extortionate. Could find the same product elsewhere with free shipping that still worked out cheaper overall. Discount code successfully applied however didn’t deduct anything from total.
