Premium brand with multiple points of failure! Ordered for pre Christmas delivery. Failure1: Failed to arrive pre Christmas. Failure 2: Phoned to chase order pre Christmas was at this point advised yes we can still arrange pre Christmas delivery. Failure 3 advised 2 days before Christmas no Stock. Failure 4 poor quality 2 months old and the pen top has oxidised and will not fit on pen. Failure 5 - a ridiculous process to send back. Hopefully this sorry saga will not continue and a trouble free replacement will be provided shortly!

Quality, classic and sophisticated handbag. The products are beautifully made. Their classic designs are perfect for my tastes, not easy to find nowadays. The interior lining is a good strong quality, not flimsy at all. I bought the midi London Tote and the shape allows me to get at everything I need to without a struggle. It also looks understated and sophisticated. I can pair it with nearly all of my outfits since it is nice and plain.
