I am thrilled with the product and the service I received from Aspinal of London. The website was intuitive, and when I used the online help button, I got immediate attention from a human who knew her stuff. Kudos to Aspinal of London’s management for putting in place a good website and personnel to back it up.

Nice products terrible customer… Nice products terrible customer service! I ordered an item for a colleagues 50th birthday from the online store in mid January hoping I would get delivery by mid February (its states 2-3 days). I got a notification it was going to Royal Mail then nothing. I chased via their enquires@ email address and got no reply. Called them and then I was promised a reply. Several emails and the delivery which was 22 February (one week after the birthday of my colleague). They offered me £25 off my next purchase for my troubles (which didn't touch the side for me for all the bother) then I was told you should have chased us earlier. The end. Don't use this company in case anything goes wrong!

Excellent Customer Service Excellent customer service from Nicolle. Helped sort out an ongoing issue with a faulty product which dragged on and wasn't repaired properly. Resolved things immediately and ordered a replacement within 24 hours. Thanks.

2 Hip flasks Ordered 2 personalised hip flasks for different people and paid for gift wrapping and a personalised note for one. When they arrived the wrong one was gift wrapped. I carefully swapped them but couldn’t get the ribbon back as beautifully. I checked the order and it was correct. The hip flasks are gorgeous and fabulous quality. Both 6 ounce smooth. The colours are accurate with the website. Still worth it for the lovely items.

I love Aspinal, they have great sales and I purchase using Klarna which allows me to pay monthly so I get to buy quite a few items at a time. Fantastic service and will keep on building my collection.
