Clarity comes theough once again! I have been a Clarity customer for many years. Today my router went out and I rushed to the closest store ro buy a new one so that we could get back online. Little did I know that this new router wasn't going to play nice with my VoIP phone system. After several hours and master resting every phone, Clarity got me back online so we could get back to business. Thank you ClarityVoice.

IT Support is and always has been a joke IT Support is and always has been a joke. They never get it right, and I have to call constantly to repeat myself off what I want. A great example is when I just wanted my phone to ring... The first guy couldn't figure it out, and I asked for a higher up person. That second person said that my extension wasn't activated... #1, why was my extension turned off. I have three main extension to the entire office. #2, why couldn't the first guy figure that out. Seems like pretty basic procedure/trouble shooting to me.

Tech support great, the rest, marginal Tech support has been amazing. Lately trying to talk to an individual about services or getting equipment replaced has been a nightmare. After our router failed it took a week and a half to finally get a human on the phone that finally put me in touch with my account manager. After got to a human, service went well again. Still waiting on new equipment

AJ IS AMAZING!!! AJ IS AMAZING!!!! I'm still learning all about call center verbiage and he was so patient while I explained and reexplained myself no less than 8 times. We had a lot that needed to get done and he diligently flew threw it, making sure I knew what was happening the whole time and that our intentions were aligned. Give this human a RAISE!
