GBWebsite easy, flowers beautiful! It was very easy to use the website. I sent flowers to a funeral out of state and picked the prettiest arrangement that I could find. The recipients were so pleased and said that the flowers were very beautiful and therefore prominently displayed. The hand written card was a nice, personal bonus. Well done!

GBNice and easy The website was easy to use and I was able to have the order delivered quickly. I was sent a photo by the recipient and the flower arrangement looked exactly as I had expected. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers.

GBOrdering FTD online. Ordering FTD on line was a first time experience. The product ordered was as described and we were extremely pleased. The only downside was the misspelling our first and last names after we confirmed it with order taker. Required second call to correct.

GBI ordered an arrangement for my mom for… I ordered an arrangement for my mom for her birthday. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite flower is a rose. I ordered one that had purple roses. I got an arrangement that had only red roses and purple flowers of some sort but not purple roses. I wish I could add the pics to show you what I received for $120. Pathetic and sad. I tried to resolve this with them but no response. I am now doing reviews and reporting them to the BBB. Maybe you (FTD) will learn your lesson. UPDATE- got my money back and a new arrangement however still the wrong one just more flowers in it.

GBPlaced two orders for delivery of… Placed two orders for delivery of Professional Assistant Day. Only one ordered delivered. I called FTD twice on the day of delivery informing that tracking showed order had not been picked up for delivery. The two representatives that I spoke to on the phone flat out lied to me, telling me that order had shipped. I explained that the shipping information provided to my by UPS informed only that shipper (FTD) had prepared label and the package had not been picked up for delivery. I have never exprienced such rude customer service with customer service representatives telling me I am wrong and that the plant had shipped for delivery. I finally got a supervisor who confirmed that order had not shipped. And then insulted me by offering to ship the plant tomorrow at a 30% reduced the price. Today is Professional Assistant Day, not tomorrow. I will never use this florist again. They hire and/or train its employees to lie and fail to deliver flowers/plants ordered in the contractual time period.
