I had arranged for the flowers to be… I had arranged for the flowers to be delivered on a date where there was a snow storm. The flowers were attempted, but the recipient could not receive them. The florist was so accommodating, and delivered the flowers the next day. I so appreciated the extra effort. And the arrangement was lovely.

Customer service is terrible Customer service is terrible, pretty much nonexistent. They gave me the run around on trying to send flowers to a funeral and eventually I had to cancel the order because I finally found out they didn't even have a florist in the area to fill the order?!??!?! Why would they even sell me something they have no way of supplying it?!? And then they weren't even up front about the issue, so I wasted two days playing phone tag and didn't get to send any flowers to the funeral:( I would give zero stars if I could!!

Ordering FTD online. Ordering FTD on line was a first time experience. The product ordered was as described and we were extremely pleased. The only downside was the misspelling our first and last names after we confirmed it with order taker. Required second call to correct.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY I thought I was ordering from FTD? Why was my order sent to Albertsons?When the flowers showed up at my Moms, she sent me a photo and it was horrible! Paid $150 and looked nothing like what I ordered. How dare you send my order to a grocery store! My order was obviously not of value to you so we won’t be ordering again! Called a local florist near my Mim and we will be calling them directly from now on. Better customer service and value! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! Please Call local DO NOT USE FTD!!!
