GBWebsite easy, flowers beautiful! It was very easy to use the website. I sent flowers to a funeral out of state and picked the prettiest arrangement that I could find. The recipients were so pleased and said that the flowers were very beautiful and therefore prominently displayed. The hand written card was a nice, personal bonus. Well done!

GBNice and easy The website was easy to use and I was able to have the order delivered quickly. I was sent a photo by the recipient and the flower arrangement looked exactly as I had expected. The recipient was very pleased with the flowers.

GBUnwilling to admit they messed up *EDIT: FTD came around the next day and made it alright. She did love the flowers. It was a delivery problem and customer service would not listen to me when I called. I was not able to surprise my fiance at work, but she was happy with the flowers. I may give them another shot in the future. I am so angry right now, I shouldn't write this. FTD totally flubbed the delivery on valentines day. They were supposed to deliver to my fiance's work, and the lady on the phone told me they did get delivered to her work, but that was after 10 minutes of her telling me that they were going to fix it, the lady was telling me my fiance got them while I'm looking at the flowers on my front porch through ring camera. I entered the correct address, but the confirmation email had the wrong address so I called and had it corrected and THEY STILL DELIVERED TO TNE WRONG ADDRESS!!!

GBOrdered flowers from what I thought was… Ordered flowers from what I thought was FTD and just found out that they “transferred” my order to an Albertsons grocery store. I paid over $100 and got a grocery store bouquet delivered? Thank you, Now I know what your company thinks of my support. Will never order again!!

GBI ordered an arrangement for my mom for… I ordered an arrangement for my mom for her birthday. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite flower is a rose. I ordered one that had purple roses. I got an arrangement that had only red roses and purple flowers of some sort but not purple roses. I wish I could add the pics to show you what I received for $120. Pathetic and sad. I tried to resolve this with them but no response. I am now doing reviews and reporting them to the BBB. Maybe you (FTD) will learn your lesson. UPDATE- got my money back and a new arrangement however still the wrong one just more flowers in it.
