GBHorrible! Do not use I am giving a 1 rating only because is not possible to give 0! Placed an order for 2 sympathy arrangements. After my card was charged, I received an email informing my order had been cancelled and refunded in full because they couldn’t find a florist. However, the refund only covered one of the arrangements. I called the following day to find out if the other arrangement had been delivered since it was not covered by the refund. Their response was “We don’t know what happened. Someone will call you back.” No one ever called me back! The arrangement was actually delivered after my call (one day late, not on the date I selected when placing my order). No explanation or update was ever provided. Had I not called my arrangement would have never been delivered. Do not trust this service for any special occasion. Extremely unreliable.

GBFTD is a scam !! There are three local floral shops in… There are three local floral shops in the area that I needed to send flowers to. When the flowers showed up at my sister’s house and looked nothing like what I had ordered and was extremely small and poorly designed I looked into it. FTD took my money and sent half of what I had paid them to a local grocery store to fill the order instead of sending to one of the three florists in town, FTD will never again get my money. If you don’t appreciate my business, I will no longer use you! Found a local florist near my sister and We will be calling them directly from now on. Bigger bang for your buck people. Call direct!

GBI ordered an arrangement for my mom for… I ordered an arrangement for my mom for her birthday. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite flower is a rose. I ordered one that had purple roses. I got an arrangement that had only red roses and purple flowers of some sort but not purple roses. I wish I could add the pics to show you what I received for $120. Pathetic and sad. I tried to resolve this with them but no response. I am now doing reviews and reporting them to the BBB. Maybe you (FTD) will learn your lesson. UPDATE- got my money back and a new arrangement however still the wrong one just more flowers in it.

GBOrdering FTD online. Ordering FTD on line was a first time experience. The product ordered was as described and we were extremely pleased. The only downside was the misspelling our first and last names after we confirmed it with order taker. Required second call to correct.
