Unwilling to admit they messed up *EDIT: FTD came around the next day and made it alright. She did love the flowers. It was a delivery problem and customer service would not listen to me when I called. I was not able to surprise my fiance at work, but she was happy with the flowers. I may give them another shot in the future. I am so angry right now, I shouldn't write this. FTD totally flubbed the delivery on valentines day. They were supposed to deliver to my fiance's work, and the lady on the phone told me they did get delivered to her work, but that was after 10 minutes of her telling me that they were going to fix it, the lady was telling me my fiance got them while I'm looking at the flowers on my front porch through ring camera. I entered the correct address, but the confirmation email had the wrong address so I called and had it corrected and THEY STILL DELIVERED TO TNE WRONG ADDRESS!!!

Horrible! Do not use I am giving a 1 rating only because is not possible to give 0! Placed an order for 2 sympathy arrangements. After my card was charged, I received an email informing my order had been cancelled and refunded in full because they couldn’t find a florist. However, the refund only covered one of the arrangements. I called the following day to find out if the other arrangement had been delivered since it was not covered by the refund. Their response was “We don’t know what happened. Someone will call you back.” No one ever called me back! The arrangement was actually delivered after my call (one day late, not on the date I selected when placing my order). No explanation or update was ever provided. Had I not called my arrangement would have never been delivered. Do not trust this service for any special occasion. Extremely unreliable.

Ordered flowers from what I thought was… Ordered flowers from what I thought was FTD and just found out that they “transferred” my order to an Albertsons grocery store. I paid over $100 and got a grocery store bouquet delivered? Thank you, Now I know what your company thinks of my support. Will never order again!!

Ordering FTD online. Ordering FTD on line was a first time experience. The product ordered was as described and we were extremely pleased. The only downside was the misspelling our first and last names after we confirmed it with order taker. Required second call to correct.

Website easy, flowers beautiful! It was very easy to use the website. I sent flowers to a funeral out of state and picked the prettiest arrangement that I could find. The recipients were so pleased and said that the flowers were very beautiful and therefore prominently displayed. The hand written card was a nice, personal bonus. Well done!
