I am very frustrated with their… I am very frustrated with their service. I tried to purchase a gift card, but they kept canceling my order. 3 times I tried to purchase, and I got confirmation that my order was canceled: "We had to cancel your order #12178092 because it didn’t pass our screening process." I called their service line, which was very difficult to get through. I had to choose an option that didn't match my inquiry just to speak to a live person.... Their phone system doesn't allow you to connect with a live person unless you have a gift card number.... I guess they didn't think about people BUYING A GIFT CARD... we won't have a gift card number!!!! Once I got through, the rep told me to go to a whole new website: www .shop.giftcards. com to purchase my gift card. This website didn't have the option to log into my account so that I could apply this purchase to my rewards, nor did it provide an option to send the gift card via text. Very frustrating indeed.

Text never received I have no idea if the card was sent via text and the person I sent to says she hasnt gotten anything. A confirmation email saying the text was successfully delivered would be nice.

Personalization is nice. Tracking would be nice though. The card turned out nice with the picture on it. It took 10 days to arrive in the mail with no tracking number or any way to see that it had shipped. I’m just glad it showed up. I’m updating my review, because I was asked to leave a review when it didn’t arrive yet.

my gift card never arrived to my… my gift card never arrived to my recipient. I was told it would be sent immediately and I would be notified when sent. Never happened. Extremely disappointed!! UPDATE 4/29/2024 I want to thank everyone on your team for making this right! My recipient received her gift card late this morning. She has been working many overtime hours and yesterday was a rare day off for her. I wanted to surprise her with a gift card however it never arrived. She finally received it today and was extremely happy. Thank you for turning an unexpected experience into a happy one.
