Text never received I have no idea if the card was sent via text and the person I sent to says she hasnt gotten anything. A confirmation email saying the text was successfully delivered would be nice.

Spent hours preparing this to be told… Spent hours preparing this to be told after I purchased that you didn’t accept my image and now need to start over. Total waste of my time that I now need to re-do. Will be using a different company on principal so you lose the fees.

Be warned.its not immediate as advertised. Honestly this has been a real pain. Yes I eventually got my card, but it wasn't on the day it was purchased, andni had to play a game of tag woth support. You shouldn't advertise "immediate" gift cards through email if it's not immediate.

Personalization is nice. Tracking would be nice though. The card turned out nice with the picture on it. It took 10 days to arrive in the mail with no tracking number or any way to see that it had shipped. I’m just glad it showed up. I’m updating my review, because I was asked to leave a review when it didn’t arrive yet.
