Absolutely scam of a company Absolutely scam of a company. They literally ghosted me after paying $75 for a same day delivery. 2 days later my best friend is being discharged with her new baby girl and still no flowers. No updates. No phone call from management - this company is a SCAM! Do not buy from here I am so disappointed- plan to report

On the one hand On the one hand, the flowers that were ordered for my sister were not delivered to her room until after she had been discharged. But on the other hand, once told of this, HospitalGiftShop bent over backwards to deliver a fresh arrangement to my sister at her home. Excellent customer service!!!

The order got there so quickly The order got there so quickly. The monkey with the balloon and colors/ coloring book were perfect!! My nephew loved the monkey and his mom colored while he was sleeping to keep her busy. She felt like it was very therapeutic. I am a very happy customer. Thank you for making their time a little better regardless of the circumstances. Highly recommend!!

The flowers I ordered looked nothing… The flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. I understood there would be some possible changes. This was more like a child made it. When I went to the company with pictures, I was told they would give me 20% off. My friend probably thinks I sent her a “cheap” arrangement. Which I did not.
