On the one hand On the one hand, the flowers that were ordered for my sister were not delivered to her room until after she had been discharged. But on the other hand, once told of this, HospitalGiftShop bent over backwards to deliver a fresh arrangement to my sister at her home. Excellent customer service!!!

Excellent Customer Service! This company has excellent customer service. I placed an order for a family member to receive balloons and a gift, but their original delivery date was moved. I called customer service to let them know, and they said to just give them a call when they checked back in so they could make the delivery at that time. The balloons and gift were perfect!
