Purchase is ok but don’t sell anything to them I give 5 stars for this purchase. But I sold a dominos pizza gift card and sent them the card and never received the amazon gift card in return. I have sent many emails to no avail no contact of any kind also there isn’t a Customer service phone number don’t know what else to do I feel like I’ve been robbed of a Domino’s gift card!!!! If nothing happens this week I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. the customer service is horrible. Okay so I tried to sell a giftcard in exchange for an Amazon giftcard. It took about two months and I repeatedly emailed customer service without responses, just to see when I would get the giftcard. Then it was even less than promised in previous emails. I've repeatedly emailed asking why and wondering if I could get a refund and to this day have not received a response, but have received multiple promotional offers.

SCAM! Do not use! I sold a gift card to them and never received payment that was agreed upon. I filed several complaints and they did not correct the error. At every point in their response, they have been rude, outright liars. Many people have had the same experience as listed in my review and other reviews on Trustpilot. The BBB recently issued a statement that consumers should be wary about using Cardpool - do a Google search with "BBB Cardpool" and pull up the article from 12/15/2020 (Trustpilot rules will not allow me to link it here). I'll go one step further - DO NOT USE CARDPOOL!!!

Cardpool refused to refund my Target… Cardpool refused to refund my Target gift card of $50 that I paid for but has a value of $0.01 cts when I tried to use it. They are totally unethical. If anyone who is facing similar issues like mine, let me know if we can pool together to expose them as well as get our money back. Can’t response to you reply below so I’m editing my original review to add the details. The Target card number in question is 0412-2064-1975-748.

Issue resolved by Cardpool Horrible company, bought an Olive Garden gift card, they mailed a link where i have to enter a phone number to retrieve the gift card. The phone number on my account is different from the number they sent and when i enter my number, i cannot get the card. I sent three emails to support including their online form but no response. I got a response from Cardpool after two days and it has been resolved. Wish the support was faster but given the pandemic, may be they are not operating at regular capacity.
