GBNever recieved payment for the giftcard I sold Pretty sure this is a scam. STILL haven't recieved the payment from selling my giftcard. The customer service number basically told me there is nothing I can do but wait for an email response, because the people that can actually help me don't have a landline (???), and none of my emails have recieved responses. "We pay sellers within 1 business day of receiving their giftcard." Yeah, right. 0 stars if I could. Yeah, I'm that person now.

GBI WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. the customer service is horrible. Okay so I tried to sell a giftcard in exchange for an Amazon giftcard. It took about two months and I repeatedly emailed customer service without responses, just to see when I would get the giftcard. Then it was even less than promised in previous emails. I've repeatedly emailed asking why and wondering if I could get a refund and to this day have not received a response, but have received multiple promotional offers.

GBI purchased a $100 worth home depot… I purchased a $100 worth home depot card in May 2019 and did not use it until July 2020, When I went to home depot to do shopping and was told the card had zero balance. I emailed cardpool customer support which could not help investigate anything. I WOULD NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANY CARDS FROM THEM to save troubles. When I purchased the card, I was not aware that I had to spend it within a year. The issue is who used my card number to make the purchase? Does YOUR COMPANY SOLD THE NUMBERS TO TWO CUSTOMERS TO MAKE PROFIT???

GBIssue resolved by Cardpool Horrible company, bought an Olive Garden gift card, they mailed a link where i have to enter a phone number to retrieve the gift card. The phone number on my account is different from the number they sent and when i enter my number, i cannot get the card. I sent three emails to support including their online form but no response. I got a response from Cardpool after two days and it has been resolved. Wish the support was faster but given the pandemic, may be they are not operating at regular capacity.
