Sacm! Sacm! They give invalid gift codes and never reply to any support. I lost my $600 Totally scam site

SCAM! Do not use! I sold a gift card to them and never received payment that was agreed upon. I filed several complaints and they did not correct the error. At every point in their response, they have been rude, outright liars. Many people have had the same experience as listed in my review and other reviews on Trustpilot. The BBB recently issued a statement that consumers should be wary about using Cardpool - do a Google search with "BBB Cardpool" and pull up the article from 12/15/2020 (Trustpilot rules will not allow me to link it here). I'll go one step further - DO NOT USE CARDPOOL!!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. the customer service is horrible. Okay so I tried to sell a giftcard in exchange for an Amazon giftcard. It took about two months and I repeatedly emailed customer service without responses, just to see when I would get the giftcard. Then it was even less than promised in previous emails. I've repeatedly emailed asking why and wondering if I could get a refund and to this day have not received a response, but have received multiple promotional offers.

Terrible customer service, possible fraud? Sold a $200 gift card to cardpool, and have received nothing in return. It has been 3x the waiting period they quote, and I have written multiple emails to cardpool customer service with no reply whatsoever. At this point I am thinking I got scammed, and will need to report them to different consumer protection agencies. I notice Cardpool has been replying to several people on this review site.
