Zales in Central Mall in Lawton Zales in Central Mall in Lawton, OK was amazing when Anna was the manager. Since she left, most experiences in the store were below average. I only went to get jewelry checked or repaired. Today was my 2nd experience with the new manager, Victoria, and it was simply wonderful. I went back to let her know what a huge difference she made just by talking to her during the brief encounters we had. She was professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable and simply a delight. I will take my business back to this store instead of going elsewhere. I hope you appreciate this great employee and woman. Thank you.

Ordered a mothers ring on nov 29 for my… Ordered a mothers ring on nov 29 for my daughter in-law for Christmas. they gave Dec 23 for delivery.. it still shows it hasent shipped. Customer services says 7-10 days before anyone will contact me. This is the poorest of customer service. Who knows what their excuse is going to be. Wont be buying from Zales ever again.

They change delivery date 24 hours… They change delivery date 24 hours after purchase. Then they will not accept cancellation even though item is on a 3 week back order They claim 60 minutes after purchase. So, they don't care if you get the engagement ring or not. Terrible, terrible customer service!

PLEASE GO TO A GOOD JEWELER I DO NOT recommend ordering from them! My entire purchasing process was an absolute nightmare!! Their website was “messed up” and kept showing FREE shipping all the way up until it actually charged my card! Like on the order page it still displayed FREE SHIPPING and had 0.00 as shipping total. I contacted CS who informed me that that was incorrect and basically too bad so sad. They charge your card but don’t place a hold on the amount until the item ships which again THEY DO NOT TELL YOU causing the money to go back into my account but also causing my checkings and savings accounts to get messed up! I have a very strict savings schedule and account for every dollar. I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I Placed a order for a necklace dec 18 2020 got a tracking number that stated that it was to be delivered 12/31/2020 but in fact it was never packaged at zales nor sent to ups. I was told I have to wait until 1/28/2021 for investigation. Why if you never gave it to ups to begin with? Not professional at all
