I Placed a order for a necklace dec 18 2020 got a tracking number that stated that it was to be delivered 12/31/2020 but in fact it was never packaged at zales nor sent to ups. I was told I have to wait until 1/28/2021 for investigation. Why if you never gave it to ups to begin with? Not professional at all

Double Charged I am writing this review based on the transaction so far. I have not received the product as of yet, i will give another review when it comes in. They Double charged me to make sure the funds were available. Being on a paycheck to paycheck basis, its a little inconvenient. So instead of having money for groceries i have to wait a couple of days to get $400 put back on my card. More than likely will not buy from here again.

Associates didn't want to help I was told by your associates on March 19th 2024 at 11:47am that they couldn't find my contract using the receipt I gave them.the woman told me the way zales keep up with contact now makes it hard to find.well today I came back with the same receipt, gave it to another associate Aniyah and she found my contact and I had paid for the life time warranty so now I could get my rings sent out to be size,15 days later.i think that was poor customer service. If you don't like the work go some where else to work.i been coming there for years I was so surprised at that kind if service because I never had this happen here at this store ever.i was going to stop shopping there until I met Aniyah.she changed my mind with how she didn't stop until she got the job done. Ordered a mothers ring on nov 29 for my… Ordered a mothers ring on nov 29 for my daughter in-law for Christmas. they gave Dec 23 for delivery.. it still shows it hasent shipped. Customer services says 7-10 days before anyone will contact me. This is the poorest of customer service. Who knows what their excuse is going to be. Wont be buying from Zales ever again.

While I always thought Zales was a… While I always thought Zales was a reputable jewelry store, my kids got me a mother's ring from there, and within a few times wearing it, a stone fell out! Then, while there to get this fixed, I found a really pretty diamond ring that wasn't too expensive, and bought it. SAME THING happened! Luckily they had another one to replace it, but I'm afraid to wear either one now for fear another stone will fall out!!
