GBBuyer beware We bought a necklace and earrings set over a year ago. The necklace continued to break and we brought the whole set into repairs 3 times. The third time they deemed it unrepairable. Since then they have lost the whole set. It's been 9 months of back and forth. They finally agreed to replace it but we need to now pay more for it. THEY LOST IT AND ARE EXPECTING US TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR REPLACEMENT. The earrings were fine and we could just replace the chain the pendant was on. But again, they cannot return it because THEY lost it. And it will take months before they can get another set sent to a store. This is a bad company to buy anything from. Their parent company, Signet Jewlery is who we are dealing with.Their brands are also Kay Jewelers, Zales, Jared, Banter by Piercing Pagoda, Diamonds Direct, Blue Nile, JamesAllen.com, Rocksbox, Peoples Jewellers, H.Samuel and Ernest Jones. Buyer beware

GBWhile I always thought Zales was a… While I always thought Zales was a reputable jewelry store, my kids got me a mother's ring from there, and within a few times wearing it, a stone fell out! Then, while there to get this fixed, I found a really pretty diamond ring that wasn't too expensive, and bought it. SAME THING happened! Luckily they had another one to replace it, but I'm afraid to wear either one now for fear another stone will fall out!!

GBPretty terrible customer service Pretty terrible customer service, only giving 1 star because I can't do zero. Ordered a bracelet online for Xmas. Received the item two days ago and it was not my item. Package was addressed to me but item and packing slip were for a different person in a different state. Called Zales and they told me that their ecommerce team has to handle it and it can take 10-14 days to get a response, they only respond via email. Tried to request cancellation/refund and told nothing they can do until ecommerce looks at it and responds. Left me hanging with no out for possibly 10+ days. Really terrible support, most companies would have apologized and sent a replacement, it wasn't a terribly expensive item but now 2 people got the wrong item and are stuck.

GBTotal failure to appreciate customers … I ordered a pendant for my daughter engraved with the names of her three children. Upon inspecting the item, I realize the engraved names were not visible without a magnifying glass. I will never spend another dime on this company unless they reach out to correct this deceptive practice!

GBPLEASE GO TO A GOOD JEWELER I DO NOT recommend ordering from them! My entire purchasing process was an absolute nightmare!! Their website was “messed up” and kept showing FREE shipping all the way up until it actually charged my card! Like on the order page it still displayed FREE SHIPPING and had 0.00 as shipping total. I contacted CS who informed me that that was incorrect and basically too bad so sad. They charge your card but don’t place a hold on the amount until the item ships which again THEY DO NOT TELL YOU causing the money to go back into my account but also causing my checkings and savings accounts to get messed up! I have a very strict savings schedule and account for every dollar. I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
