1st time buying anything from there and… 1st time buying anything from there and it will be our last. My husband bought my ring and set up for delayed interest program and it was auto set up to take out of our account every month. According to them, the program ended 4 days before the auto draft and we were charged an additional $1,300 during COVID. Customer service was useless. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Double Charged I am writing this review based on the transaction so far. I have not received the product as of yet, i will give another review when it comes in. They Double charged me to make sure the funds were available. Being on a paycheck to paycheck basis, its a little inconvenient. So instead of having money for groceries i have to wait a couple of days to get $400 put back on my card. More than likely will not buy from here again.

Ordered a mothers ring on nov 29 for my… Ordered a mothers ring on nov 29 for my daughter in-law for Christmas. they gave Dec 23 for delivery.. it still shows it hasent shipped. Customer services says 7-10 days before anyone will contact me. This is the poorest of customer service. Who knows what their excuse is going to be. Wont be buying from Zales ever again.

Horrible experience, for what should be best time of life Initially when purchasing ring I was promised a certain promotion and didn’t get it. Upon paying my final bill they sent me a late fee bill the following month that they wouldn’t cancel.

Worst shipping and customer service!!! Worst shipping and customer service!!!! It's been two weeks and the order has not even been processed/prepared yet!!!! I chose expedited shipping and hope to receive it earlier, but the order has been late for a whole month!!!! I called the customer service five times but got different information from different people, and they even asked me to "patiently" wait for another month to contact them again. I'm still waiting for my order. Terrible terrible. Very rude customer representatives too.
