Absolutely the worst crap ever Absolutely the worst crap ever! Nothing was edible in the whole basket and I'm not exaggerating. We opened each box and tasted, gagged and threw out. The best was some cookies that literally had no taste! I just don't understand why anyone would send this to someone other than they have never tasted any of it and it's just a simple click to order. Horrible.

I have received many gift baskets from… I have received many gift baskets from this company from a friend of mine. They are complete garbage. ( I don't have the heart to tell him so i'm going to send him one to show him). Firstly, don't be fooled by the photos. All of their baskets are filled to the top with cardboard first, so if your getting a huge basket like I did Christmas time, it looks like there is a lot of stuff in it, but there isn't, it is filled with tiny packages of crap that are not worth the money spent. You can get much more value elsewhere. Not here.

I have a fraudulent charge on my… I have a fraudulent charge on my American Express card. When I contacted the customer service number, which is what American Express recommended to do, the rep told me that there was nothing that he could do, and to contact American Express instead. This charge is from May 9, for $163.95. I do not have an order number nor would the customer service rep assist with one. I find his reply to be appalling. I don't consider this to be customer service at all.

Old nuts All of the chocolates were partially melted and the rest tasted old and stale, like way past expiration date. Lindor assorted chocolate truffles were all melted and leaking out of wrappers. Pretzels were old and stale smell and tasted horrible.

Mediocre wine, chocolates are great but the individual cookies and other items are not something I would ever buy individually. I think the company needs to do a better job at selecting what vendors products they use in their baskets. I have received very large and expensive baskets from colleagues but throw most of the stuff away. I wish people would stop sending me these 😞 I hate to waste.
